ANNOUCEMENT
The Algerian Embassy in Helsinki informs Algerian citizens residing in
Finland that the Algerian General Directorate of Customs, as part of the efforts made by the Algerian authorities to provide optimal conditions for receiving
members of the community arriving to the homeland on the occasion of the
2025 summer season, has made available to them, through its electronic portal,
informational publications in Arabic, English and French relating to the customs
procedures that can be carried out via the newly put into service electronic
platform (ALCES) and relating to the following:
- Customs declaration of currency and valuable items.
- Customs declaration of personal belongings.
- Customs transit document subscription for vehicles.
